Booking Restriction
Full Moon Party perods: Minimum 6 nights.
New Year Period: Minimum 10 nights

Extrabed is available only for Family villa. (1000 Baht a night)
Child under 12 years old sharing bed with parent free of charge.
Reservation Payment
We are asking 50 % or Full amount of deposit payment to confirm reservations.(100% of prepayment for Peakseason and Full Moon Party period)
Deposit payment can be paid by PayPal System. Customers will receive our Request Payment (invoice) by email, then just click the link in the email.It will lead customers to pay securely on the PayPal website--this PayPal payment system accept all type of credit cards and PayPal account balances.
* The reservation will be confirmed and secured when we confirm your deposit payment via PayPal.
Cancellation
Cancellation made will be charged 100 % from the deposit we received as room reserved. If guests no show on the day of arrival, we assume cancellation. Customer no show or Early check out the resort reserves the right to No Refund.
